If your class roster in Clever has changed since you connected the Banzai app with your Clever library, you'll need to re-sync your Clever Roster. This does not happen automatically.
To re-sync a Clever roster...
Log into Clever and open Banzai.
Select your Clever-synced class.
Click Resync Clever Roster.
