There are two ways you can explore the student perspective in Banzai: Student View and Sample Student.
What is the difference between Student View and Sample Student?
In Student View, you can preview and explore the exact assignments your students see. You can read articles and play through games and simulations, but your progress won't appear in the Gradebook.
If you want to experiment with grading and see activity details, use the Sample Student. Activities completed as the Sample Student show in the Gradebook just like they do for your students.
How can I see the Student View?
See what Banzai assignments look like from the Student View. You'll need to make an assignment before anything appears in the Student View.
In your teacher account, click Classes.
Select any class.
Click Student View.
When you're finished, click Return in the lower-right corner to go back to your teacher account.
How do I access the Sample Student?
In your teacher account, click Students.
On the roster, click Sample Student.
Click Open Account.
Complete an activity, just like your students. Progress automatically saves.
When you're finished, click Return in the lower-right corner to go back to your teacher account.
Click the X to close the student account.
Click Gradebook to see activity details for the Sample Student.
