Recording Income
Income is any money that you’ve earned or that has been given to you. The essence of budgeting is knowing how much you make so you know how much you can spend and how much you need to save. Recording income is the beginning of that process.

- Look at how much you made with your lemonade stand, allowance, gifts, and so on.

- Put this amount into one of your budgets by selecting Spending, IOU, Lemonade,or Savings, and entering the amount of your income. Click OK.

- You can split your income between jars. Enter part of your income in one jar, and enter the remaining amount in another jar. Click OK.

- Select Done to finish.
Teen and Plus

- Look at your paycheck, and determine your net pay.

- Select Checking, and enter the amount into your checking account. Click OK.

- Now, allocate that amount across your different budgets. Click OK.
