    Banzai Subprocessors

At Banzai, we are committed to the responsible stewardship of student data.

To deliver our interactive financial literacy platform effectively, we partner with a select group of third-party service providers. These providers, known as subprocessors, perform specific functions like data storage and platform analytics.

    Our Current Subprocessors

The following table identifies the subprocessors currently used by Banzai to process data, including Student Data where applicable.

    Entity Purpose Location
Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) Cloud infrastructure hosting, data storage, and processing for the Banzai platform, including Student Data. United States
Salesforce, Inc. Customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting for sponsor and operational data. May include associated Student Data. United States
PostHog, Inc. Product analytics and usage monitoring to improve functionality. Data is limited to pseudonymous identifiers and usage events. United States

    Understanding Our Data Practices

Data Minimization: We only share the minimum amount of data necessary for the subprocessor to perform their specific function.

Security Standards: All subprocessors are required to maintain robust security measures, including encryption of data at rest and in transit.

No Sale of Data: Banzai never sells student data to third parties. Our subprocessors are strictly prohibited from using student data for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

    Updates to This List

As our platform grows, we may occasionally update our subprocessor list to improve our services. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.

Note for Districts: If your school district requires a signed Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) that includes these subprocessors, please visit our Privacy Center or contact our privacy team at privacy@banzai.org.
