    Unblocking or Whitelisting Banzai

There are numerous ways that schools (or districts) can unknowingly make it difficult for teachers to access Banzai. Banzai's software (e.g., images, content, sounds) are delivered over a Content Delivery Network (CDN). A CDN is designed to deliver internet content to users around the United States at high speeds. In Banzai's case, this makes for a much more pleasant experience for educators and students.

    Website

If you're logging into Banzai,  and the software is not loading properly, we highly suggest contacting your local network administrator to whitelist all content from these services:

    • banzai.org
    • teachbanzai.com
    • learnbanzai.com
    • *.teachbanzai.com
    • *.learnbanzai.com
    • 23.111.9.64 (static-app.teachbanzai.com)
    • (Optional) MaxCDN
    • (Optional) Amazon Web Services (S3 & EC2)

    Email

In a narrow set of circumstances, teachers may use Banzai to send an email to his or her students. It is common, however, for schools to block incoming email to students from services that have not yet been whitelisted. To use these features, your school's ISP may need to whitelist Banzai's outgoing email:

    • banzai.org
    • teachbanzai.com
    • 50.31.156.96/27 (50.31.156.96 - 127)
    • 104.245.209.192/26 (104.245.209.192 - 255)
    • 50.31.205.0/24 (50.31.205.1 - 255)
