    Student Is Unable to Sign Up

    If your student is trying to sign up and receives an error that says "Your username is already being used," that means we already have a user in the system with that same username. Try adding a few numbers to the end to make the username more unique, or pick another username altogether. Students may also receive an error if the  Class Code they enter is incorrect.

    If your student is still having problems signing up, please contact Teacher Support for assistance.
